i went into task scheduler and under action removed the "/reminder" argument and it popped up just fine. Browse other questions tagged windows-7 microsoft-outlook calendar popups reminder or ask your own question. will do the same.

If you have set reminders in Microsoft Outlook and they are not working, one of these may apply: You have not opened Outlook.
